Stage 2 - Ownership and premises documents

• Property ownership proof - sale deed, index copy, or municipal tax receipt.
• Society or housing NOC for roof use in apartments and shared buildings.
• Roof photographs and, where available, a rough roof plan for the feasibility check.
• Load sanction letter if you are enhancing sanctioned load for a larger system.

Stage 3 - Installation and commissioning documents

• Vendor quotation and work order listing module make, model and DCR status, inverter make and warranty terms.
• Invoice and payment receipts for the installed system.
• DCR certificate for the modules and inverter compliance documents.
• Net metering application and DISCOM commissioning certificate after inspection.

Stage 4 - Subsidy claim documents

• Cancelled cheque or bank passbook front page in the applicant's name.
• Bank account details (account number and IFSC) entered on the portal.
• Plant details submitted on the portal after commissioning.
