Information we collect

When you submit a quote form, click to call or start a WhatsApp chat, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, phone number, city or locality, approximate monthly electricity bill and the system size you are considering.

We also collect basic anonymous usage data - pages viewed, and whether a call, WhatsApp or form button was clicked - so we can understand which pages help homeowners the most. This data is not used to identify you personally.

How we use your information

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry: preparing a rooftop solar quotation, scheduling a free site survey, confirming your PM Surya Ghar subsidy eligibility, and filing DISCOM net-metering or subsidy paperwork on your behalf when you appoint us.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing.

Sharing with third parties

Where it is required to complete work you have asked for, details may be shared with your electricity distribution company (Torrent Power, UGVCL, MGVCL, PGVCL or DGVCL), the national PM Surya Ghar portal, and financing partners if you request EMI options. Nothing is shared without your instruction.

Quote enquiries sent through WhatsApp are delivered through WhatsApp's own infrastructure and are subject to WhatsApp's privacy terms in addition to ours.

Data retention and security

Enquiry details are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet warranty, invoicing and statutory record-keeping obligations. Access is limited to the team members handling your project.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar local storage entries to remember your consent choice and to measure anonymous page and button activity. You can clear or block these in your browser at any time; the site continues to work without them.
