Most complaints we hear about rooftop solar in Ahmedabad are not about panels failing. They are about a price that moved after the deposit, a system sized to a roof instead of to a bill, a subsidy that never arrived, or an installer who stopped answering the phone once the invoice was paid. Everything about how we operate is a response to those four problems.

We publish our residential prices - ₹78,000 subsidy already deducted - on our pricing page, and break down every line item, including what is excluded, in the quotation explained. You can read the numbers before you speak to anyone.

We size systems from twelve months of consumption, not from roof area, and we do not issue a firm quotation without standing on the roof first - shading, meter phase and sanctioned load all change the design, and a free site survey is the only way to know.

The PM Surya Ghar portal application, DISCOM feasibility, net metering agreement and the subsidy claim are filed by us as part of the package, not treated as your problem after commissioning. That scope is set out under net metering and subsidy assistance.
