Warranty & after-sales service
Exactly what is covered, for how long, and how fast we respond - from our own service base in Ahmedabad. Nothing here is buried in fine print.
Tier-1 modules carry a 25-year linear performance warranty - at least 80–85% of rated output in year 25 - plus a 10–12 year manufacturing warranty against defects, honoured directly by the manufacturer with us handling the claim.
Standard on-grid inverters ship with a 5-year manufacturer warranty, extendable to 10 years on most brands. We arrange replacement or repair through the brand's service network and provide a stand-in unit where the brand allows it.
Our own 5-year warranty on mounting structure, cabling, earthing and waterproofing at every roof penetration. If a leak, loose clamp or wiring fault traces back to our installation, we fix it free.
ACDB/DCDB, cables, connectors and safety devices are covered for 2–5 years depending on the component, all documented in your handover file.
